As the Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing and Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital advertising strategies for a variety of our businesses and brands. The role will primarily focus on developing and maintaining online advertising campaigns for all of our brands (or partners) leveraging Google Ads/Google Shopping campaigns, as well as creating advertising campaigns on 3rd party e-commerce platforms such as,, and

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive reporting and analytics dashboards that allow us to measure our results against established KPI’s. The goal in accurate measurement of our performance is to drive actionable insights that use past behaviors to predict future behaviors and optimize our overall marketing campaigns across all web properties and platforms.

Finally, the Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing and Analytics will also handle various tasks assigned as needed, including, but not limited to: Maintaining our affiliate marketing offers, supporting “partnership” advertising efforts, Competitive market research, competitive pricing analysis, competitive listing analysis.

The Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing and Analytics reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Ecommerce Solutions.

Support Breakout:

  • 35%: Advertising program management

  • 30%: Competitive research, pricing analysis, listing research, affiliate program support and reporting, partnership advertising support 

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising Management:

  • With input and direction from the Senior Marketing Manager, develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies for Google Ads and 3rd party e-commerce platforms to maximize brand visibility, support new product launches and drive customer conversions. 
  • Align digital advertising efforts with overall marketing and business goals. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure the competitiveness of our campaigns. 
  • Work with Sr. Manager to develop the annual budget by channel, and manage digital advertising spend accordingly, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes. 
  • Monitor spending against established KPI’s and adjust budgets as necessary to meet targets.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI. 
  • Build out and establish a robust analytics dashboard and analytics framework for a variety of platforms utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Smartsheet, D.A.S.H, or similar tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Develop “partner” dashboards that tracks revenue by channel and assumed payouts to Lube-Tech Ecommerce Solutions group. 
  • Produce reporting on an ad-hoc basis and present findings to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Vendor Relationships:

  • Manage any and all relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms and advertising partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure effective collaboration. 
  • Serve as point person for any advertising related troubleshooting on any 3rd party sites/platforms 
  • Stay abreast of 3rd party promotional periods and work cross functionally with internal partners to adjust our advertising campaigns accordingly.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Compile competitive research across multiple platforms in existing, and new categories of goods and/or services 
  • Assist with ad-hoc pricing analysis across our portfolio of products, and across multiple platforms 
  • Provide listing research assistance as needed 
  • Coordinate with the Sr. Manager to create and maintain compelling affiliate program offers and provide service/support to affiliates as needed 
  • Compile regular reports for the partners we work with to market their goods and services to track monthly sales and revenue

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Science or a related field 
  • Google Ads Certification or Google Digital Marketing Certification strongly preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management, and a proven track record of managing successful Google Ads and e-commerce advertising campaigns 
  • Proficiency/Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market dynamics
