Mark Anthony Brands, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Specialist, Media who will be responsible for leading all paid media efforts across the MABI Portfolio. The Sr. Specialist will plan, execute, monitor, report and budget paid media touch points including social, digital, TV, OOH, and print. They will work closely with Brand Teams, Consumer Engagement Teams, and Regional Marketing Teams to develop outstanding paid media support, a key driver to exponential growth.

As a Sr. Specialist, Media,your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle all aspects of planning and execution of paid media campaigns 
  • Lead advanced budgets, planning, bidding, targeting, testing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting 
  • Participate with internal partners and external agencies to craft comms and strategic approaches 
  • Run campaign performance and work with partner 3rd parties to ensure outstanding measurement solutions 
  • Develop integrated digital marketing strategies with Brand Marketing and Consumer Engagement Team 
  • Work with creative agencies and internal resources to develop assets and content that serve drive important metrics 
  • Connect with all internal partners on all elements of campaigns, including performance, project status, and goals 
  • Recap and facilitate internal feedback to agency partners 
  • Connect with internal Regional Marketing Managers about national media activity and assist with local planning

The Sr. Specialist, Media position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Provide media thought leadership internally and demand with agencies 
  • Act as the lead day-to-day paid media specialist for Media agency and internal partners 
  • Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge of standard methodologies and strategies for paid media 
  • Show high attention to detail and stay organized 
  • Demonstrate analytical skills with strong spreadsheet skills 
  • Think innovatively, ‘out-of-the-box’ problem-solving approach

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor of Advertising, Marketing/Business, Communication, or related 
  • 5-8 years working experience and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in paid media with a focus on digital and social marketing 
  • Extensive knowledge of platforms, including paid search, paid social and display, etc.
  • Experience leading multiple campaigns for multiple brands 
  • Experience with regular reporting, planning, and performance management 
  • Excellent verbal and detailed written communication skills as well as customer service skills 
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines 
  • A proven track record of time management and project planning skills
