Staffing Administrator
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

Are you a highly meticulous, on-top-of-every-detail, can-handle-anything-thrown-your-way administrative dynamo? Are client follow-ups, talent wrangling, and managing upward your superpowers? Then this job is for you!

Start date: ASAP, ideally we'd begin training the week of December 16

Duration: This is a direct hire, full-time position

Location: Onsite at our office in Walker's Point in MKE

C2 is searching for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our small but industrious team. The right person will manage the administrative portion of staffing fulfillment for creative professionals (graphic designers, production artists, web designers/developers, marketing and public relations professionals, copywriters, art directors and creative directors). Responsibilities will include coordinating with clients and talent to fill open job opportunities, guiding talent through the application and qualification process, working with other C2 employees to understand client needs, and coordinating with busy executive team members. This position requires a process-driven work ethic, dependability, EXTRAORDINARY attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and consistent follow-through.

The right candidate has a confident personality with a curious nature, has a well-developed sense of humor, and enjoys building relationships while attending to details with a focus on internal business processes. To succeed in this position you must be a quick learner who is both meticulous and flexible.

Minimum expectations:

  • Administrative experience in an office setting
  • Mac OS, Word, Excel, CRM Database experience, staffing experience a huge plus 
  • Fun, positive attitude, even-tempered and confident personality 
  • Extraordinary organizational skills Strong attention to detail, curious and willing to ask questions and be solution-oriented 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with regular interruptions 
  • Excellent communication skills, articulate and approachable with high customer service ability 
  • Proactive and self-directed 
  • Comfortable being directive and leading upward 
  • Prior HR or creative industry experience a bonus
  • Possess a willingness to learn and grow to meet the changing requirements of the position and business

Primary responsibilities:

  • Enter client information, update talent information and manage placements in our CRM
  • Coordinate follow-up of staffing opportunities 
  • Client management: provide candidate information, schedule interviews, administrate contracts and other paperwork 
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service, and provide follow-up contact post-assignment 
  • Provide full administrative support to the President/Staffing Manager, including schedule/task prioritization, management and follow-through 
  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed
