Job Overview:

The Supervisor is an integral part of the Regional Market Support Team and is responsible for understanding the essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of all client business throughout the assigned territory while providing expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build marketing and advertising plans to support the client’s annual recruiting goals 
  • Analyze and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI 
  • Support local recruiting units through the application and usage of the proprietary US Army advertising software platforms 
  • Work onsite daily at client location(s) to manage and support the client’s mission goals through recommending, fostering, developing and delivering effective advertising. Note: This position will start as remote, once it is safe and comfortable, opportunities to work from client’s offices will be available for the position to work onsite 
  • Encourage clients to use agency resources and recommendations in developing tactical plans that best meets client goals and objectives 
  • Creative and strategic thinker 
  • Must be able to build and manage timelines, budgets and program reports/recaps 
  • Must strive to gain or have a deep understanding of Agency and Clients
  • Strong relationship manager – client, teams, partner agencies, and vendors 
  • Provide constant attention to detail regarding the execution of activations and client communications 
  • Be able to transition from strategic planner to program activator and back
  • Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Claritas Prizm segmentation and marketing automation platforms a plus 
  • Minimum of 5+ years account management related experience in national-to-local brand integration, experiential marketing, and/or promotions 
  • Must have experience in developing and executing locally relevant programs 
  • Experience in executing local events & digital/social media marketing a plus 
  • Ability to understand client and agency research, trends, audience segmentation, and data—and build improved marketing plans leveraging that information 
  • Ability to present to company management and clients at most senior level 
  • Must be able to build and manage timelines, budgets and program reports/recaps 
  • Must strive to gain, or have a deep understanding of Agency and Clients 
  • Strong relationship manager – client, teams, partner agencies and vendors 
  • Provide leadership and support for account executives/managers and coordinators 
  • Identify areas for and help contribute to the professional growth of the team 
  • Provide constant attention to detail regarding the execution of activations 
  • Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills 
  • Outstanding organizational, leadership and project management skills, attention to detail a must 
  • Professionalism at all levels 
  • Experience on a state or federal government account is a plus 
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
