Frank Mayer and Associates, Inc., is a leader in designing, engineering, and producing creative interactive kiosks and in-store merchandising displays. We are searching for a Technology Specialist to join our dynamic company. The Technology Specialist will work closely with the Senior Technology Specialist to learn the day-to-day operations of FMA and understand the role our Technology Department plays in moving a project from start to finish.

The Technology Specialist is involved with:

  • Working closely within a Project Team to develop kiosks from conception to production.
  • Support and collaborate with Sales Team and clients to meet client needs.
  • Source, price, and purchase computer components for kiosks.
  • Working closely with the Engineering Department to integrate computer equipment into kiosks.
  • Troubleshooting issues that may arise with a client project.
  • Developing partnerships with hardware and software companies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong desire to work in a creative environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical and computer skills.
  • An understanding of current and new technology as it pertains to Kiosks a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a team environment with an array of personalities.
