We’re seeking a Traffic Coordinator to support and assist our account service and creative teams in managing project execution and workflow. As a traffic coordinator, you know how to get things done.

As a traffic coordinator, you know how to get things done. You live to manage internal agency workflow and ensure maximum productivity.

From initial project kickoff to final review, you’ll be part of a team that ensures the correct creative solution is executed accurately, within budget and on deadline. Coordination and tracking of project execution, timelines, priorities and deadlines, proofing, and communications all come second nature to you.

Approachable and accessible, you ensure that the entire team is running like a well-oiled, high performance machine. You keep the big picture in mind every day, while keeping the entire team running with optimal performance. You are honest, specific, organized and constructive when tracking overall productivity and making sure everyone is working to ensure all projects are completed on deadline. You embrace process and know how to manage it.

Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience

Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills

Accurate, organized and detail-oriented

Ability to balance multiple projects, timelines, deadlines, and daily changes

Comfortable and familiar with current digital management and project tracking tools

Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office within Mac OS

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
