Traffic Manager - Media
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

We’re looking to add an experienced traffic manager to our rapidly growing media team. As HD’s traffic manager, you’ll take ownership of implementing every facet of our integrated campaigns. You’ll create detailed schedules, own deadlines at every phase of a campaign, and manage the granular—and often technical—details it takes to flawlessly execute our clients’ ad buys. Your rigorous and effective communications will keep team members across the agency up-to-speed on project status.

  • Previous traffic management experience in an advertising or media agency
  • Demonstrable experience managing the details of campaigns in a variety of digital and traditional channels
  • Bonus points for experience managing traffic for e-commerce or B2B lead generation campaigns History of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in most of the following software: MS Excel / MS Project / Mavenlink / DoubleClick Campaign Manager 360 / Google Suite

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee team timelines from strategic planning through implementation to assist with resourcing
  • Manage the gathering of information to deliver successful campaigns including, but not limited to sending/uploading of creative assets, pixels, traffic sheets, and any campaign documentation needed to ensure campaigns are launched in a successful fashion
  • Collaborate with internal production personnel and developers to resolve any creative or technical issues that may arise over the course of implementing campaigns
  • Traffic creative assets into technology platforms (3rd party ad servers); including verifying implementation of pixels among analytics personnel
  • Become an expert in our media planning software to ensure all placements have corresponding assets managed
