We’re looking for a web developer to join a collaborative, focused and creative team that’s always looking to raise the bar. The work is interesting and rewarding, and we offer an environment that blends the benefits of corporate life with the challenges and energy of an ad agency.

You’ll serve as the web guru for our internal team. You’ll be responsible for the development, creation, maintenance, and evolution of our websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, emails and other online assets.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, build, and implement web experiences leveraging semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our websites’ user experience, engagement, and accessibility
  • Design, code, test and deploy broadcast email announcements and newsletters
  • Contribute to the creation of web componentlibraries, reusable resources, and processesfor updating our websites
  • Support day-to-day website production updates and maintenance

The ideal candidate for this roll must show:

  • Passion for aesthetic visual design, user experience and website usability
  • 3+ years of experience working in a web development role with a strong emphasis in UI/UX design
  • Proficiency in front-end web technologies (including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS)
  • Knowledge of web standards, secure front-end development practices, and web accessibility with experience applying W3C standards
  • Experience converting written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats
  • Experience developing responsive websites
  • Experience developing HTML emails and knowledge of the limitations of this medium
  • Experience with browser testing and cross-browser compatibility

Bonus points if you have:

  • HubSpot development experience. It’s not necessary to know HubSpot, though you will work almost exclusively on the HubSpot content management platform, so willingness to learn is a must
  • Experience developing for publishing platforms ( e.g., Constant Contact, Hubspot, WordPress, Drupal)
  • Experience using web services like JSON
  • Adobe CC experience (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop
