Strategic Integrated Marketing Communications
We’re looking for big thinkers and doers who are ready to take on most any communications and marketing challenges – particularly when it comes to dairy, agriculture and sustainability! You’ll help to lead a talented team, with direct reports, to create disruptive strategies for consumer campaigns and content that reach a generation who expects more from the foods they choose to eat and drink and who demand not only progress when it comes to environmental practices, but the desire to do even more to get to a greener planet together.
As a Vice President, you will lead, manage and measure ambitious programs aimed at increasing trust among Gen Z, while engaging with them in their channels through paid advertising, digital marketing, e-commerce, influencers and more. You’ll take research and insights to drive timeless communications strategies that build the marketing foundation for an entire dairy community and inspire best practices through pilots, case studies and share outs of key learnings to multiple dairy stakeholder audiences. This position will also provide the opportunity to play a key role in multi-year organizational planning strategy that is pulled through an entire industry.
You’ll also help to build communication strategies, creative concepts and programming for large CPG, Food Service, and Retail partners to broaden awareness of dairy’s deliciousness in everyday life.

This role will report to the SVP of Marketing Communications.
