Visual Communications Lead

Our company supports the growth of more than 15 of the most successful staffing companies in the Midwest. As we continue to grow we strive to bring more awareness to our brands, services, and employees. We are seeking an experienced professional to create content that will help build our individual brands, as well as showcase employees and our community achievements through print graphics, social media, video, and web design.

Position Overview:

You will be working as part of a team to support over a dozen individual brands on multiple projects at one time. The position will require experience with graphic and web design and an interest in growing your skills in videography is necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties:

You will provide the visual backbone to the content that supports and drives sales across our organization and forms the brands we work with.

• Design and update visual concepts for a wide variety of digital, print and web-based projects
• Managing creative projects from concept to pre-press and production
• Photograph and edit images used for marketing materials
• Organize image requests that come in from sales and meet deadlines given
• Investing time into new and creative ways to share our corporate messaging
• Produce and edit video projects for both new and existing projects
• Increase your videography skillset and work your way into becoming a leader in this space

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years’ professional design experience B.A or B.F.A preferred
• Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Premier and After Affects
• Some Video production experience with an eagerness to learn more
• Experience creating White Papers preferred
• Photography 
• Experience with Illustrator
• Ability to create a storyboard and narrative
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Create visual designs including graphical assets for print and the final UI
• Personal branding experience a plus
• CMS experience is a plus
