As a Visual Storyteller you will be a self-starter and entrepreneurial editor familiar with creating inspiring video content. To be successful in this role you will routinely accomplish:

  • Share ADVENT's brand story.
  • Produce and edit in-house videos, including but not limited to: b-roll packages, short interviews and campaign interviews.
  • Film interviews with staff and patients.
  • Keep on top of relevant trends in creating campaigns, podcasts, videos and marketing disrupt the status quo.
  • Set up and usage of lighting, video, photo and podcast equipment.
  • Manage ADVENT's YouTube channel.
  • Create and manage ADVENT's podcast channel.
  • Manage video, photo and audio bank.
  • Create and manage Physician Thought Leadership Blog.
  • Capture and edit staff headshots/photography.
  • Work directly with and incorporate feedback from ADVENT Founder and President, Dr. Madan Kandula.

To ensure the best fit, your prior work experience will include:

  • A Bachelor of Art degree in Film and Video Production.
  • 3+ years of experience in hands-on videography, photography, videoediting, motion graphics, color correction, podcasting, blogging, illustrations, interviewing and content creation.
  • Experience with videoediting software, ability to recommended video and podcast production equipment.
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills through video and written content.
  • Proven experience with short videos suited for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social networks.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to respond to a fast pace environment, multiple projects and aggressive timelines.
  • Organized and focused approach to delivering engaging content with excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding of how content impacts the user experience and contributes to success of ADVENT.
  • Maintain highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel between ADVENT clinic locations 50% of the time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Portfolio of prior work demonstrating expertise in video and photo capture, and videoediting.
  • Ability to work outside of typical business hours as needs require.
