More than being a creative genius, the VP of Creative & Content will be a true modern marketing expert: well versed in both traditional and digital creative, with a proven track record of quantifiable success, experience with ROI marketing models, fanatic about A/B testing, and keen on using methodologies to measure output and success.

  • Direct the creative team and identify the best design and copy team members to lead each job. 
  • Inspire, lead, hire, and develop the creative team, ensuring the team and individuals are poised for growth. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences to deliver high-quality creative solutions that generate a positive ROI. 
  • Lead the creative operations to manage workflow for traditional, in bank, and digital assets for Wintrust Community Banks and related groups and divisions under the Wintrust umbrella.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience 
  • Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe XD), Microsoft Office Suite, visual production platforms, social media platforms, email creation and automation platforms, variable print processes. 
  • Expert knowledge of typography, layout and design principles 
  • 10+ years of Management experience 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
