The Vice President of Development and Principal Gifts serves
as the senior leader responsible for building and leading a high-performing
major and principal gifts program for Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation.
Reporting directly to the Foundation President, the VP partners closely with
her to drive fundraising results and expand the Foundation’s reach and impact.
This role manages a portfolio of 50–75 major donors and prospects and leads
strategy, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts for gifts of
significant size—both outright and planned.
The ideal candidate is a proven fundraising leader with deep
experience in securing six- to seven-figure gifts, exceptional
relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset. This is a highly
collaborative role working across the Foundation, health system leadership, and
clinical teams to align philanthropic support with mission-driven initiatives.
