FTE: 1.000000 *1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time* *Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .875 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits. Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .874 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*

Responsibilities:

This role is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team who will be involved with every aspect of wayfinding, which includes information and advice on wayfinding practices and design. This position will contribute to the development of the physical environment using maps, directions, symbols and the design of effective wayfinding systems that aid the traveling public; encompass environmental factors, building design, user expectation and signage information. Will have project responsibilities regarding the standardization, design, procurement and installation of environmental graphics, wayfinding, and signage for new construction projects, renovations and sign related hospital initiatives.

Summary:

  • 5 or more years’ experience in design (graphic, architectural, or environmental) and wayfinding. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in in graphic design, interior design, architecture or art required.

Other Information:

  • Must have demonstrated excellent wayfinding and environmental design and project management skills. 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator, AdobeSuite.
