Web Analytics Specialist

Role Summary:

The Web Analytics Specialist will join our versatile marketing team and assist with enhancing WPS Health Solutions website and digital performance. This individual will conduct web analytic reports and translate complex data into measurable and actionable insights that guide data-driven marketing strategies seeking a positive ROMI. In addition, the Web Analytics Specialist will assist with the design and build of a robust omni-channel dashboard utilizing analytic tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Facebook Pixel.

In this role you will:

  • Perform data analysis, reporting and transparent visualizations of web and campaign performance utilizing Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel
  • Provide expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) technical implementation and optimization such as site audits, keyword research, keyword mapping and Google Ads Manager
  • Assist with the design and structure of new digital analytics dashboard and reporting system using PowerBI (technical integration)
  • Conduct user research and website audits as needed and present strategic and actionable recommendations to internal web team or executive leadership
  • Prioritize web analytics requests, tasks, & deliverables according to business needs
  • Work with internal front-end developers to create standard patterns for incorporating web measurement and analytics to capture relevant and accurate metrics such as pixel tagging
  • Perform competitive research and keep up with market trends for best practices and trending KPIs for driving business growth
  • Assist with other digital marketing analytic projects as business needs demand

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience

We also prefer:

  • 2 years or more of related work experience with web analytics
  • Experience in cross-functional team structure, focused on building out omni-channel plans
  • Proficiency implementing and utilizing Google Analytics to generate ROMI
  • Understanding of market research & A/B testing
  • Experience in any of the following tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, SEO, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manage)
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry and examples of campaigns that demonstrate success
  • Basic understanding of Data Studio
  • Experience with Python, R, HTML Web Design Basics, DAX, Java, or SQL
  • Experience using Facebook Pixel, Pixel Tagging Scripts, and Retargeting Methods
