Accountabilities:

In addition to honing your team recreational skills, we’ll expect you to:

  • Creating website and digital assets 
  • Meeting with internal clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress 
  • Demonstrating and receiving feedback on creative assets 
  • Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments 
  • Skills and expertise in software/programming languages such as HTML and Javascript 
  • Digital retouching and image editing 
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team 
  • Create visual content to engage and educate consumers about DecksDirect products 
  • Implement best practices for promoting online sales on all platforms 
  • Maintain Brand, Content Standards.

Responsibilities:

In between NERF™ gun battles you will contribute by doing what you do best:

Design creative assets to support marketing plan activities, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, display advertising, email, social media and products)

Develop and maintain product standards/guidelines for consistent, accurate presentation of digital assets

Provide support to the visuals team, including photography and video, to achieve successful execution per the creative and visual strategy objectives

Requirements:

A fun-loving attitude is a must, as are the following credentials:

Bachelor’s Degree in creative focused discipline, Communications, Marketing/or related field

2+ years of experience in design, e-Commerce asset development

Demonstrated creative/design experience through presentation of a portfolio showing:

  • Experience with digital/print deliverables for marketing and sales assets
  • Asset development for digital marketing/e-commerce

Strong competency with creative applications, including Adobe Creative Suite

Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google suite
