Miles Kimball Company

In the Beginning...The Miles Kimball Company (MKC) began with a dream and a daring venture by its founder. Envisioning that customers would like to see their own names printed on Christmas Cards, Miles Kimball set out to make his idea a reality. With just a little money in his pocket, Miles Kimball mailed 500 personalized Christmas Cards to all the Johnsons in the Minneapolis phone book and the company has not looked back since.

to the Present...While the first mailing under the Miles Kimball name was to a modest 500 customers, MKC catalogs reach more than 120 million households today. Kimball’s dream has grown to include five catalog titles and MKC now employs up to 1,300 team members in Oshkosh, WI. The product line has grown as well. While Christmas Cards and personalization are at the heart of MKC, we also offer catalogs ranging from home accessories, cookware, to high-end decor, to candy—over 12,000 different products in all. In fact, MKC is one of America’s first and largest direct marketers of consumer gifts and household products and processes 5 million orders annually.

and Investing in the Future...Since you don’t just work in a community, you also live there, the Miles Kimball Company and its team members take great pride in joining together to help local organizations. In fact, several of our Executive Leaders serve on local community Board of Directors. Through our Wellness and Sunshine Committee, Miles Kimball Company continues to give back to the community. The groups sponsor events and organize team members who participate in out-side-of-work activities. Team members give of themselves through donations in the form of merchandise, cash and most importantly, time, to make our community a fun, safe, healthy place to live and raise families.
