We are looking for a driven, dynamic self-starter to join our crowe.com team as a web producer, helping to plan, develop, and execute updates and key initiatives on crowe.com.

  • Lead, manage and execute web projects based on business goals and requirements, from beginning to end.
  • Align and organize cross-functional teams comprised of strategists, experience designers, creative and content teams, and development resources. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; manage stakeholder expectations to ensure all teams are aligned on strategy and delivery, align with rest of team on resource allocation and timing. 
  • Be an active member of the crowe.com team, helping to formulate, drive, and evangelize standards for digital content. 
  • Pro-actively find opportunities to optimize crowe.com across its pages and configuration. Leverage data - both qualitative and quantitative to inform strategy and recommendations. 
  • Help present and deliver analytics and reporting to key stakeholders. 
  • Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones 
  • Identify process gaps and increase and formalize efficiencies as needed 
  • Establish & help maintain schedules, and overall project scopes 
  • Identify and implement opportunities based on competitive and market research
  • 5+ years proven experience managing project types across multiple teams such as: website redesigns, digital campaigns, experiments, and microsites. 
  • Extensive experience working with enterprise-level CMS (content management systems). Sitecore experience is a plus. 
  • Experience with Workfront and Azure DevOps is a plus. 
  • Proven experience with Google Analytics or a similar analytics tool. 
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum systems and approaches. 
  • Deep experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders 
  • Superior communication skills, both verbally and electronically with demonstrated examples of relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization 
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
