Rogers Memorial Hospital, the leader in Behavioral Health Services, is seeking a full-time Website Specialist at the Oconomowoc campus.

Bring your skills in website development to the Rogers Memorial Hospital Marketing team! In this role, you will be an active participant in supporting the Rogers brand and story. Aid in the execution of website strategies and maintain internet based publishing platforms. Put your creativity and technical acumen to the test as you build and maintain web pages. Support organic and paid search strategy, while monitoring and analyzing web traffic and trends simultaneously. In addition to the above, ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS Javascript and PHP; content management platforms including Wordpress and Drupal; MySQL databases, including using phpMyAdmin; responsive design.
  • Experienced in SEO techniques that include increasing site visibility through strong organic keyword terms and phrases Understanding of web analytics
  • Knowledge of internet trends including linking strategies and UX Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with accurate, polished work.
