Southeast Wisconsin
Pewaukee, WI

We're an agency brimming with talent, smarts and experience. All we need is that savvy someone to help us find new partners and possibilities to apply all we have to offer.

Responsibilities include identifying desirable new opportunities, getting us in front of the right decision-makers, then helping us knock their socks off with an insightful plan and impactful creative executions. Sales and relationship-building skills are a must, as is a sense of humor and a passion for producing great work as part of a team.

  • Identify and build relationships with compatible and qualified prospective business partners.
  • Develop new opportunities through a combination of networking, inbound leads, social media outreach and other means.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to identify new opportunities to sell our diverse capabilities in design, media, digital marketing, branding and public relations.
  • Regularly meet with management to review status of current projects and upcoming client meetings.
  • Assist account and creative personnel in preparation of new business proposals and presentations.
  • Occasionally bring in bagels. We love bagels. Who doesn't love bagels?
  • A personality that's equal parts California-cool and New York-insanely-driven-to-succeed.
  • Minimum five years experience in business development, account management and/or wooing prospective clients.
  • Proven track record of managing and building relationships with clients.
  • Svengali-like presentation skills.
  • Hemingway-like writing and communications skills.
  • World-class chainsaw juggler. Ok, not mandatory, but kind of a nice-to-have skill for when things get dull around the office.

We'll offer a competitive compensation plan in line with the skills and experience you bring to the table, plus benefits including health, dental, IRA, vacation, paid holidays, summer hours, and a fun office environment that won't make you dread waking up every weekday morning.
