Strategy and Planning: Develops, coordinates, and executes an effective sales strategy across assigned accounts and new business leads to meet quarterly and annual sales targets. Work in a team selling environment to collaboratively develop account plans for existing and target accounts that maximize penetration and retention.
Customer Relationship Management: Builds and maintains close relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts. Demonstrates a deep understanding of customers and their issues. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Business Development: Discover new potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Prospect in the local market for new furniture opportunities. Develop local business relationships with various influencers (design community, commercial real estate brokers, moving companies, etc.) in order to identify potential opportunities early.
Project Planning + Management: Lead the project strategy process. Involve stakeholders in the development of a winning sales plan to capture targeted opportunities/accounts. Lead the development of creative and innovative solutions to meet client needs in a differentiated manner.
