The Writer, Internal Communications role is an important member of the Brunswick Corporation – Corporate Communications function, reporting directly through our Enterprise Internal Communications team and helping to enhance employee engagement and communicate corporate strategy across the organization. The person hired for this role must be an exceptional writer with the ability to meet demanding deadlines and demonstrate an ability to plan and execute materials ranging from communication plans, enterprise-wide emails, leadership presentations, newsletter content and intranet articles. Experience as an editor and corporate writer is a plus. This candidate should have a strong knowledge of topics that are relevant in today’s corporate world and have a deep understanding of the technology needed to excel in this position. In addition, the person must have experience working with company executives and stakeholders. This team member will have a proven track record of editing and publishing well-crafted, easy-to-read work, particularly in time-sensitive environments with multiple contributors.
