Zip Marketing Manager

Specific Job Function:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and oversee the marketing strategy and coordination of the marketing calendar, budgets, website and CRM road maps and releases. 
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors overseeing and effectively managing these relationships and the associated budgets 
  • Manage multiple marketing functions including website, CX & UX, mobile, SEO & SEM, CRM, lead nurturing, and marketing analytics. 
  • Engage with end customers, distributors and dealers to proactively identify areas to improve and add value, implementing initiatives that continually improve the customer experience. 
  • Implement search engine optimization/marketing (SEO/SEM) programs to increase awareness and consideration of Zip Water products and services to drive increased traffic on our website 
  • Understand and report on data trends and customer behavior; compile insights, analytics and research to drive ongoing customer experience and marketing improvements across platforms, devices and buyer journeys. 
  • Research web technologies, marketing practices and industry specific content to further enhance our digital activities; review analytics to gain understanding of user activities and behaviors and utilize data to drive efficiencies of KPI’s with agency partners. 
  • Present progress against deliverables/action plan in bi-weekly leadership meetings. 
  • Interact closely with Zip Water Sales and Distributor marketing teams to align business objectives and priorities that deliver integrated and targeted experiences for various audiences and client segments. 
  • Work closely with the broader Culligan marketing team to expand the use of agile project management from CX and UX work into Marketing projects.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications. MBA preferred. 
  • 7+ years’ leadership experience in marketing at a start-up to mid-sized company 
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing at the strategic & executional levels 
  • Proven experience in Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Woo Commerce, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) 
  • Proven client, agency, and budget management skills
