Umbrellas on the Beach is looking for an Account Supervisor who understands the true definition of ownership, partnership and being a champion of their agency. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for designated health care accounts and is expected to be a strategic client partner who leads and nurtures ongoing engagement with key clients. The ideal candidate is a collaborative contributor and a self-starter, responsible for account growth as well as all aspects of financial management and day-to-day operation of assigned accounts, from inception through completion. Success in this role is defined by contribution toward agency growth, accountability, and clear communication with team members and client stakeholders.

Minimum of 5 years experience in a brand and marketing agency as an account services professional, acting as the lead in client relationship management and account growth, actively managing multimillion-dollar accounts

Minimum of one-year Fortune 100 healthcare experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and/or nutrition

At least 3 years of project management experience in developing and managing detailed timelines for multiple projects simultaneously

1 year of digital experience, such as: SEO, SEM and Email Marketing, QR Code Marketing, having worked on at least one website project with 25+ pages built on WordPress, Drupal or the like Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products, and/or social.

Worked with cross-functional teams including, design, writers, UX, strategists, developers, video production, and vendors.
