Art Director/Sr. Designer

You love commercial design. Mostly, you love using images, colors, type, and space to move hearts, stimulate thought, and inspire action. And you really want to use your talent to make good things happen.

We are a full-service marketing and advertising firm located where the blue waters of Lake Michigan greet the green forests of Wisconsin. Our clients are all mission-driven for-profit and not-for-profit organizations that are working to move humanity forward in one way or another.

This is an on-staff position joining us in the office at least on a hybrid basis—so we’re not looking for freelancers. Qualifications:

• Ability to translate marketing ideas into visual development.
• Fascination with human motivation and decision-making.
• Experience in both digital and traditional channels, online and off.
• A command of all professional design programs, particularly the Adobe Suite.
• Creative capacity to turn ideas into concepts and concepts into communication.
• Dogged work ethic because, well, you’re an artist.
• Desire to share joy.
• Flat out decent human being with a good sense of humor.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Video and audio production experience.
• Motion graphics and animation skills.
• Servant leadership skills.
• Natural ability to think visually.
