The Associate Director of Awareness Media will be responsible for the leadership of awareness media channel(s) strategy and execution at Nina Hale. Reporting to the VP of Media, this role will lead digital display (banners, video, audio, native) and traditional media efforts as well as play an instrumental role in the development of the company’s strategic awareness media solutions. The Associate Director of Awareness Media will also be a critical leader within the organization with responsibility to lead cross-functional teams, provide mentorship within the agency, and ensure the effective integration of marketing disciplines. This role will lead the Traditional, Display and Internal Trade Desk teams and may also at times need to execute client work within their respective discipline.
