Position Summary:

The Associate Marketing Analyst supports the development and lead execution of member-centric, multi-channel marketing and communication strategies driving improved retention and program engagement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development of effective strategies with managers to drive membership retention and internal business growth 
  • Partners with internal marketing channels to fully leverage capabilities to achieve retention goals and execute with excellence 
  • Works with internal creative agency to develop effective creative assets aligned to strategy and tactics 
  • Acts as the daily point person for internal business owners on Life Time BUCK$, Life Time’s loyalty currency 
  • Supports the Retention Operations team per their respective marketing needs 
  • Monitors KPI’s on a daily basis for membership, accountable program businesses, and dues and actively pulls marketing levers to pivot accordingly 
  • Delivers retention marketing performance to all key stakeholders in a timely manner

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related business field 
  • Coursework that provided data-driven marketing experience and knowledge of CRM practices 
  • Knowledge in database marketing, CRM and BI

Preferred Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Marketing or a related field 
  • 2 years of experience in marketing in a performance-based culture
