The following are general client activities you will be responsible for on a daily basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participates in client calls and meetings, including strategic sessions as-needed
- Assists with new client on-boarding and serves as backup client contact
- Prepares various client reports and dashboards
- Manages internal client media project workflows with partners
- Serves as materials contact for publications, maintains strong media relationships as pertains to their internal materials and project contacts and submits materials
- Manages project workflows for content, media and show projects including communication with internal team and external partners
Marketing-specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting assigned CMM(s) with the following:
- Updates budgets, including logging expenses and receipts
- Creates and maintains marketing, content and media calendars, dashboards and reports
- Executes client e-mail blasts including setup, list upload/management, loading content, generating proofs, sending proofs, launching and generating reports
- Tracks and logs client media pickups as well as advertising activities
- Executes client social media posts including coordinating content, setting up posts and preparing reports
- Assists with web site and SEO activities and maintains client CRM as-needed
- Maintains all client files in Drive including keeping a clean, organized and consistent file system
Tradeshow-specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting CMM(s) with the following:
- Assists with show selection strategy
- Logs and maintains all planning details in project management program
- Coordinates pre-show promotions plan and calendar including workflows
- Coordinates ordering of select show services
- Coordinates client hotel, registration, shipping logistics and supplies
- Maintains overall show schedule
- Creates and maintains show folders
- Serves as backup on-site show manager as-needed
