ABOUT THE JOB!

Sartori is seeking a Consumer Insight Manager to build innovative consumer insights and use that information to shape business strategies and establish the Company as a category thought leader.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone to lead across teams and empower and influence other business leaders.

  • Develops and leads Nielsen infrastructure optimization.
  • Teaches, motivates and empowers the organization around the data.
  • Plans and leads projects with market research suppliers (such as Nielsen, Datassentials and Technomics) to meet the specific needs and strategies of Sartori as well as our existing and prospective customers.
  • Tracks emerging cultural, food industry and cheese trends and shares the information across all channels.
  • Collaborates with brand and social media/digital teams to originate and lead primary research.
  • Develops monthly summaries of trends, conclusions, opportunities and strategic implications.
  • Works with the Marketing Director – Insights & Innovation and brand teams to conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) identifying white space, consumer and customer needs, and/or challenges leading to innovation and sales growth.
  • Analyzes key marketing and sales programs and initiatives in collaboration with brand marketing teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics or the Sciences.
  • 5 years of experience within CPG brand marketing or market research.
  • Experience working with Nielsen/IRI data, required.
