At Marvin, our in-house Creative Studio is the team of curators, innovators and creators of our brand expression across all our audiences and communication channels. As an industry leader of premium windows and doors, our work is grounded in intentionality enabling possibility for our products, customers and colleagues. A Content Specialist and Community Manager in the Creative Studio is responsible for managing the content planning, creation and flighting process across Marvin’s owned channels as well as leading Community Management for Marvin’s own social channels. Your primary goal is to tell stories through content that help to build the brand and connect like-minded audiences and communities, online. You bring creative content ideas, always lead with solutions and are constantly working three steps ahead of the process making sure the entire team knows where any particular ask stands. Highlights of your role:

  • Collaborative partnership with a creative team bringing together brand, channel, product and digital to create a connected, inspired and engaged brand community. 
  • Providing actionable and timely project management directives (briefs, insights, calendar + content planning) to maximize the effort spent and the content output. 
  • Content leaders look to you as the key resource to help them get it done. 
  • You are organized, can navigate systems and teams, are flexible in approach and consistently work as a team. 
  • Execute follow-back, share and engagement strategies within our owned social channels in collaboration with Content Strategy. 
  • Multitask-master toggling across Marvin’s owned channels to ensure a refreshed and consistent brand story. 
  • Provide analytics (audit, reporting, competitive) outputs in collaboration with agency partner in an effort to guide the brand in effectiveness and impact. 
  • Review and edit content copywriting with an understanding of brand voice and channel goals. 
  • Administrative support of workflow system inputs, community management tools and follow-ups are key aspects of the role.

You're a good fit if you have:

  • Passion for brand strategy, creative development, cultural trends and brand experiences in the online space. 
  • Strong bias for action collaborates cross-functionally, willingness to troubleshoot and resilience to push for success. 
  • Community Management experience and success stories. 
  • Deep knowledge of social channel(s) functionality, ad management, analytics and capability. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication with confidence to present ideas and recommendations to various audiences. 
  • Min. 5 years of experience in social channel Community Management within a creative agency or brand environment.
