ManpowerGroup has an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Marketing team within the NA Marketing Department. This is a perfect position for someone with a passion for Paid Media but who also wants exposure to other digital platforms. In the Digital Marketing Professional role, you will support and execute ManpowerGroup North American digital initiatives that align to the organization’s priorities through Paid Media, SEO, Competitive Analysis, Social Media, emerging digital channels and through support of prescriptive campaigns. Candidates will bring a curiosity for understanding our brands, markets, and business challenges, and be enthusiastic to research new tools and channels in the digital space. This role will also help implement our Customer Experience strategy by participating in Voice of Customer research and customer experience design across digital and physical touchpoints.

  • Develops and implements our paid media strategy by understanding how best to use to reach NA Marketing performance goals
  • Manages digital ad placement within all appropriate channels, including trafficking, link building, and reporting on performance
  • Manages search engine marketing efforts through keyword and keyphrase research and ad creation
  • Supports our social media strategy by posting content and responding to our audiences
  • Develops keyword strategy and contributes to other SEO initiatives to increase US and Canada website visibility in search engine results
  • Tracks, monitors, measures, and analyzes monthly activity and campaign results and translate those findings into actionable steps and plans for optimizing use of the channel
  • Supports the Digital and overall Marketing operations by performing other administrative and developmental duties as assigned
  • 2+ years experience working in a digital marketing environment within multiple platforms: paid media, SEM, social media, SEO, prescriptive campaigns, analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, AdWords, TagManager and keyword tools & Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using HubSpot is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of business
  • Must be capable of producing results within an unstructured environment and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities
  • Google AdWords certification is desired
