The position:
So, what does the job entail? On a typical day you’ll work directly with clients, lead the delivery team and guide the creative process. You’re also responsible for dollars and cents, so you’ll spend a bit of time on budgets, measuring team performance and keeping an eye on profitability. Responsibilities fall into four primary areas: Client Relations, Program Delivery, Creative and Business Ops.
Client Relations
- Work with Senior Sales & Marketing consultants to clearly understand our clients businesses, the markets they serve, their ideal customers and their overall business objectives.
- Work with Senior Sales & Marketing consultants to guide the development of strategic sales and/or marketing plans for our clients.
- Work with Senior Sales & Marketing consultants to sell, assisting in the budgeting, plan presentation and closing of client opportunities.
- Be the primary client interface for plan delivery.
Program Delivery
- Lead the delivery, analysis and evolution of all aspects of approved sales & marketing plans.
- Organize a delivery team of internal and external resources with appropriate structures, roles, experience levels and diversity of skills.
- Direct & motivate the delivery team. Set goals, objectives, priorities, assign/review work and resolve conflict.
- Analyze & evolve. Put the appropriate program metrics in place, analyze the data and evolve client programs to ensure the delivery of the expected results.
Creative
- Provide high-level creative direction. Review, markup, provide feedback and finalize sales & marketing deliverables.
Business Ops
- Responsible for delivery team financials including P&L
- Team budget development and management
- Team performance management
