Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our Sales team at our corporate office.

The E-commerce Specialist will have the opportunity to manage multiple aspects of paid search, affiliate marketing, Email and display advertising to help grow the E-commerce business. This person will play a central role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing search engine marketing campaigns and/or affiliate marketing programs.

Primary Duties:

Affiliate Marketing

  • Oversees and grows affiliate marketing programs and efforts
  • Manages affiliates, agency, and network partnership relationships
  • Explores new affiliate opportunities and communicates with affiliates/partners about promotions and contests and other sales opportunities

Paid Search

  • Works with external agency to create, implement, and optimize search campaigns across multiple search engines Creates and/or manages ad copy, keywords, bids, and landing pages
  • Tests, assesses, and makes suggestions in paid search program to grow traffic and conversion rates
  • Ensures paid search supports key SEO initiatives

Email

  • Manages the development and deployment of emails to B2C customers
  • Develops and tests email templates, messaging, content, and segments for best conversion rate and ROI
  • Drives email list growth and sales through email promotional offers, triggered email campaigns, partnerships, and complies with CAN-SPAM laws

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of work experience in SEM, affiliate, Email or E-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel)
  • Solid interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organization skills, and attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with comparison shopping and display advertising
  • Previous experience designing and executing email campaigns, including A/B and multi-variate testing, personalization and analytics
  • Knowledge of health and fitness industry
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Other Requirements:

  • Strong ability to interact with multiple departments and external partners
  • Occasional travel required
