We are seeking a visionary leader for our Global Event Experience Manager role at ManpowerGroup's Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI! The Global Event Experience Manager is the face of ManpowerGroup and leads the event experience program through planning, managing and delivering complex internal and external functions at our Global headquarters. In this role you will have the ability to build an extensive network quickly internally and externally; be resourceful, creative and possess an energetic presence coupled with a highly organized, razor sharp attention to detail; develop, nurture and leverage key relationships with relevant internal and external groups; and manage a team of event professionals focusing on performance, development, conflict resolution, budgets and scheduling.
- Develop relationships with leadership through the successful planning and execution of high level meetings and events such as Executive Leadership functions, Board of Directors and other Key Leadership events
- Form partnerships with local leaders and businesses to support ManpowerGroup’s initiatives and brand image within the community
- Organize and arrange corporate leadership meetings and community events within our portfolio against set targets and objectives
- Utilize your expertise to create and deliver new and innovative themes and event experiences to “WOW” internal and external clients
- Provide strategic direction and implement process improvements that reflect industry best practices for event experience and brand ambassador programs to support business objectives
- Lead and manage the Global and North America Events Team to help them achieve their development and performance goals
- Lead and manage the brand ambassador programs which represent the first point of contact for clients and guests at ManpowerGroup global headquarters
- Develop and maintain good working relationships, establish high standards and resolve difficulties and issues as they arise
- Collaborate with support teams such as Strategic Sourcing, onsite Vendors, Strategic Communications, Global Marketing and other corporate shared services
- Strengthen vendor relationships through contract negotiation and managing service levels
- Act as a subject matter expert in leading the tour and event guide program
- Coordinate a small number of offsite or destination functions using a flexible approach
