Graphic Artist/Campaign Lead

Lead campaign development from visioning and discovery through final delivery. Conceptual visioning and critical thinking must be intuitive skillsets. The ideal candidate must be able to think big-picture on the fly and break a large problem down into manageable components before ever opening InDesign or Shutterstock.

• The essentials of every solid designer: ability to think like the audience, solve problems, anticipate challenges and remain open 
• Bonus if you have experience with 2-D animation/UX design 
• Un-siloed workmanship – the agility to dip in and out of multiple client projects with multiple team members 
• Desire! Energy! Mental resilience! Kindness and respect. 
• Self-start/Self-manage/Self-improve mindset 
• Interest in human behavior by learning how emotions and beliefs shape decisions 
• Sample responsibilities: Video graphics, +2-D animated video, animated digital ads, environmental graphics, logo design, booth graphics, etc. 
• College education
