This individual will have an excellent design sense, strong collaboration and organizational skills, and discipline to follow processes and manage priorities. The candidate must be able to create custom design with minimal direction, work successfully in a fast-paced team environment and creatively solve problems by determining an alternative solution or approach.
Requirements include 3+ years of experience in graphic design on a corporate marketing or agency team successfully executing original designs–created independently–from concept through production. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field and must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite–specifically with InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop, as well as Microsoft Office.
