Responsibilities & Duties:
Assists in developing and producing informational, communication and marketing materials for Housing and Student Centers.
Assists in management of all marketing communication (including publications, advertising, website and multimedia presentations) to our various publics (which includes other departments, parents, current and prospective students).
Assists in review of all departmental written communications prior to dissemination to the public. As directed, coordinates approval of advertising and mailings to on-campus students.
In the absence of the Manager, substitutes for the Manager and serves as liaison to Enrollment Management and New Student Programs in the development and implementation of programs and services related to the recruitment of new students and parents. Activities include, but are not limited to:
- Attendance at Admission and Enrollment Management meetings.
- Coordination of the residence hall tour program.
- Representation of Housing at Admissions, Enrollment Management and New Student Programs functions.
- Organization of Premiere DePaul housing sessions.
Assists in the management of social media marketing campaigns and engage with parents, students and other DePaul offices.
As directed, coordinates regular communication with student groups, the media, other departments and DePaul's schools and colleges to inform and update them on department developments.
Participates in all departmental, divisional, and university meetings and training sessions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
