The Marketing Manager will serve as a critical leader for the Greater Fond du Lac region marketing team by working in collaboration with WI region marketing and communication team, as well as with Fond du Lac area leadership, clinic leads and physicians to create comprehensive marketing plans that strategically align with high priority initiatives in the WI region. This includes creating clear value-propositions to enhance growth and brand awareness through effective consumer segmentation and story-telling.

  • Serve as local lead for Fond du Lac-based marketing team 
  • Manage invoices and local marcomm budget 
  • Liaison between local and regional marketing team and internal stakeholders 
  • Liaison to national media buying vendor on campaign spend for local market 
  • Collaborate with regional director and regional marcomm team members to develop and deploy high profile marketing and communication campaigns 
  • Leverage System-based CRM tools to further segment consumer messaging efforts 
  • Manage marketing campaign development and tactics within a System-wide project management tool 
  • Track metrics and return-on-investment of all campaign efforts in local market 
  • Create professional presentations representing campaign previews and recaps for local leadership teams and providers 
  • Provide oversight on videography projects in market, including involvement on storyboard development 
  • Event coordination and/or oversight, as needed 
  • Strong ability to prioritize projects and multi-task

Candidates given best consideration will have strong project management skills, and experience with full life-cycle marketing campaign development and deployment. They will have superior verbal and written communication skills, be forward thinking with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Conceptualizes ideas and executes marketing, communications and public relations strategies. Increases awareness of brand in the community. Responsible for negotiating and executing radio, TV, print, digital and outdoor advertising agreements to achieve the most efficient and cost effective media spend with highest return on investment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and executes a monthly electronic newsletter. 
  • Responsible for contributing to writing and proofreading various articles in biannual publication.
  • Writes press releases and creates content in brochures, promotional pieces, social media and web pages. 
  • Writes, directs and produces public service announcements and manages photo sessions and press conferences. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE:

  • Six years' experience, with two year's in leadership
