The Marketing team of Polaris Adventures develops National, Regional and Local marketing programs, driving awareness and demand creation for our network of Outfitter partners. Through traditional and innovative campaigns, the marketing team reaches couples, families and adventure seekers looking to have the experience of a lifetime.

Marketing & Partnerships Manager

You will be responsible for leading and executing marketing campaigns and partnership strategies. As part of the Polaris Adventures team, the Marketing & Partnerships Manager will deliver against strategic goals focused on building brand awareness, driving demand creation and integrating with traditional Polaris product groups. This individual will coordinate, plan and manage campaigns and travel & tourism partnerships; collaborating cross-functionally with account ops, risk management, sales, R/D and product groups. The Polaris Adventures program is a priority initiative for Polaris, and the Marketing & Partnerships Manager is a visible role within the organization.


  • Rapidly iterate and evolve marketing approach to meet goals for a hyper-growth new business unit, while creating extensible and scalable solutions. 
  • Develop strategic marketing partnerships with travel & tourism brands, aggregators and influencers. 
  • Drive demand generation and conversion goals through marketing campaign design and execution. 
  • Partner with internal business units to develop strategies and execute cross-functional campaigns for targeted marketing and customer cultivation activities across channels. 
  • Translate business needs & objectives into clear user requirements to assist in developing customer personas, journeys and digital experiences that achieve business goals. 
  • Develop clear documentation, timelines, one-pagers, status updates and other materials as required to proactively communicate and inform stakeholders. 
  • Responsible for definition, communication and achievement of KPIs and results for campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with agency partners to deliver plans and execution in support of campaigns 
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing specialists to achieve team goals.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 
  • 7+ years progressive experience in marketing or related field 
  • 3+ years experience in partnership / affiliate marketing 
  • Experience in travel & tourism marketing (preferred) 
  • Proven track record of campaign development with measurement tracking 
  • Experience with web content, social, and email marketing systems and best practices 
  • Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions 
  • Outcome-oriented. Not reactionary, articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it 
  • Proven ability to provide highest level of service to all internal and external clients 
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively 
  • Demonstrated success working in a very fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and interact with all levels of management 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
