Marketing Coordinator

Hufcor, Inc., is looking for a DYNAMIC, PROGRESSIVE, PASSIONATE and TECH-SAVVY Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our global marketing efforts. This is a full-time position; however, applicants with the right skill set interested in part-time employment will also be considered.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for marketing products by developing and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns, tracking lead data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, maintaining databases and preparing reports:

• Champion the company brand across all marketing materials
• Partner with the Sales Department to gather project needs/specifications
• Coordinate international marketing materials
• Administer and manage the daily distribution of marketing aides and finishes sampling program
• Administer lead tracking with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Effectively manage vendors regarding quotes, production schedules, and deliveries

• Education equivalent to a four-year business degree and a minimum of three years marketing experience, or relevant internship experience
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects and tasks within a fast-paced environment and responding positively to shifting priorities or last minutes changes
• Marketing communications experience in copywriting, graphic design and PR
• Advanced knowledge and demonstrated application of Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

This position is eligible for annual bonus and the salary range is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
