Ryan Companies US, Inc., a nationally recognized real estate developer, general contractor, and property manager has an immediate opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our Minneapolis office. This position will support the marketing and business development activities of Ryan’s North region under the direction of the regional marketing leader.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong creative eye, attention to accuracy, and a focus on customer service to support regional marketing activities for Ryan’s North region. Responsibilities will include writing, editing, designing and coordinating proposals and marketing collateral, presentation preparation and coaching, and supporting public relations efforts.

Additional activities include: planning and executing jobsite events, public meetings, and other special events; research, maintenance, and updating of data in our customer relationship management system. This team member will work with all levels of leadership throughout the firm and will regularly interface with the national marketing team and marketing sector leaders. Strong communications and an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required. including regular, with regular interface with our national marketing team and sector leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing and 1-5 years of experience in marketing support for construction and/or architectural related fields or comparable business-to-business environment. Candidate must possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadline simultaneously. Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop).
