Our Downtown Milwaukee office has an immediate opening for the role of Marketing Coordinator. We are seeking a creative professional to organize and execute all marketing activities -- someone who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare all marketing collateral such as information sheets, brochures, biographies, proposals, presentations and advertisements 
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for signage, print and photography needs 
  • Manage company website and social media accounts 
  • Enter information and ensure accurate representation of all properties in third-party property listing websites Write and submit news releases 
  • Facilitate all mailings for listed properties, new business development and annual gift-giving 
  • Coordinate special events such as open houses, business expos, roundtable discussions, etc. 
  • Coordinate annual awards submissions 
  • Research market statistics, demographics and tax/assessment data as needed 
  • Act as the point-person for network infrastructure, internet, e-mail, printers and phone system, troubleshooting issues as they arise 
  • Provide backup to other support staff with correspondence, contracts and phones
  • Basic office maintenance
  • 3+ years of marketing experience 
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Experience with Wordpress or other website management system(s) 
  • Experience with Constant Contact or other e-mail platform(s) 
  • Experience managing a Small Business Server or computer network 
  • Computer and network troubleshooting experience 
  • Requires the ability to clearly understand direction given both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are needed 
  • Excellent typing skills 
  • Ability to multi-task

Compensation commensurate with experience.

8:30am – 5:00pm, M-F
