The Marketing Manager plays a key role in growing awareness, engagement, and revenue for CODAworx. The position will help develop a marketing strategy and implement and track marketing initiatives. Key areas of focus are overseeing and executing initiatives across multiple channels, including: email, web, print, paid and earned media, organic social media, and conferences/events.

The ideal candidate will enjoy solving problems, developing creative solutions, and collaborating with team members. The individual in this role will also have abundant opportunities to exercise writing and communication skills, manage and prioritize projects, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a team environment and wants to expand and grow marketing skills. The position is responsible for maximizing effectiveness using Hubspot, and coordinating marketing plans for all key CODAworx programs.

Essential Professional and Personal Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise managing marketing campaigns, including budget responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in tracking and analysis of web data that informs decision-making.
  • Experience and comfort with using a customer relations management database.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing and working with a variety of people.
  • Ability to work independently and balance priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel periodically and represent the company at trade shows/industry events.
  • Ability to contribute to a supportive culture (team-work, humor, flexibility, energy).

Other Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
  • Skills or background in the arts or some area of design.
  • Previous experience using Wordpress.

$45,000 annually.
