The ideal candidate is a savvy marketer with great relationship-building and project management skills, and experienced with running multi-faceted campaigns. This position will enhance the school’s reputation by providing strategic and tactical guidance, executing important digital strategies, and applying creative thinking.

Position Summary:

  • Contributes to strategy development and implements marketing projects in support of Wisconsin School of Business.

Principal duties:

  • Develops, implements, and maintains strategic marketing plans based on research and established strategies.
  • Develops, implements, and disseminates marketing materials through various communication mediums utilizing appropriate technologies and techniques.
  • Collects, analyzes, prepares, summarizes, and disseminates data and trends relevant to ongoing or future marketing activities
  • Oversees the development of marketing analytics reports and data visualization to create actionable recommendations for enrollment marketing and creative development.
  • Develops best practices for marketing technology, including but not limited to email marketing, CRM platforms, and web customization.
  • Manages paid media effectiveness, including vendor relationship oversight, reporting and optimizations, and creative insights.
  • Guides web development tied to marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization, lead generation programs, and content marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing or related field preferred 
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, web optimization, or search engine optimization.

Minimum: $62,000 ANNUAL (12 months). Depending on Qualifications.
