Job Summary:

This position works collaboratively within the Membership Unit to ensure a member centric experience. Primary responsibilities include member communications, developing member profiles, gathering member insights, maintaining accurate documentation within Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and providing communication to support the Membership Development Administrator team. Grade 5 begins at approximately $24.96/hour.
