Position Details

Sales and Marketing Assistant
Southeast Wisconsin
Greenfield, WI

This is a newly created position within The Boucher Automotive Group. This role will be a hybrid role and will assist in two separate departments. This person will assist in overseeing our Internet Sales Department processes, as well as working with our in-house marketing team to help bridge the gap between the two departments. This individual will be responsible for auditing the internet sales process, executing marketing email campaigns, monitoring and creating social media content, and also managing dealership co-op funds.

This role is NOT a sales position. If you are interested in any type of sales related position, please see our additional opportunities. This would be a perfect position for someone who is newer to the sales and marketing industry and hasn’t yet decided which would be the best fit for them.


  • Strong writing and editing skills are essential.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive work ethic is a requirement.
  • Ability to work independently and “own” a project is a must.
  • Time management, prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task are required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail
  • Experience with Social Media required.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be at least 18 years of age.


  • Sales experience
  • Experience working within a CRM
  • Experience with Adobe Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree
