We’re looking for a web developer to join a collaborative, focused and creative team that’s always looking to raise the bar. The work is interesting and rewarding, and we offer an environment that blends the benefits of corporate life with the challenges and energy of an ad agency.

You’ll serve as the web guru for our internal team. You’ll be responsible for the development and maintenance of our websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, emails and other online assets.

In this role, you will:

  • Support day-to-day website production updates and maintenance
  • Design, code, test and deploy broadcast email announcements and newsletters
  • Contribute to the creation of web componentlibraries, reusable resources, and processesfor updating our websites

The ideal candidate for this role must show:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a web development role
  • Experience with front-end web technologies (including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS)
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
  • Experience developing responsive websites
  • Experience developing HTML emails

Bonus points if you have:

  • HubSpot development experience. It’s not necessary to know HubSpot, though you will work almost exclusively on the HubSpot content management platform, so willingness to learn is a must
  • Experience developing for publishing platforms ( e.g., Constant Contact, Hubspot, WordPress, Drupal)
  • Knowledge of web accessibility with experience applying W3C standards
  • Experience converting graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats
  • Adobe CC experience (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop)
